Interior Design

This project highlighted the value of transforming functional office spaces into environments that inspire productivity and pride. Through thoughtful design choices and attention to brand identity, we created a space that not only reflects ATIA’s professionalism but also supports collaboration and innovation within the organization.

The transformation of the ATIA offices reimagines a dated structure into a modern, professional, and welcoming headquarters that reflects the organization’s forward-thinking identity. The redesign emphasizes clean geometry, functional elegance, and brand cohesion, bringing a fresh visual narrative aligned with ATIA’s leadership role in Aruba’s business community.

The exterior shift from warm orange tones to a minimalist white façade with structured lines and vertical slatted details signals renewal and professionalism. Inside, the design introduces a dynamic contrast of cool grays, crisp whites, and ATIA’s signature blue, creating a sleek yet approachable environment suited for meetings, training, and collaboration. The renovation enhanced not only aesthetics but also spatial efficiency, lighting quality, and acoustic comfort—turning the office into a true reflection of modern corporate design in the Caribbean context.

Key Spaces

Training Room:

Once a simple classroom, this space was fully transformed with a bold blue ceiling, modern circular pendant lighting, and integrated LED accents. The room now supports flexible use—from workshops to board meetings—while maintaining a polished, energizing atmosphere.

Reception and Facade:

The exterior now features crisp lines, layered depth, and a neutral palette, reinforcing a sense of organization and innovation. Subtle architectural grooves and planters provide balance between structure and softness.

Lounge Area:

A calm and elegant corner for visitors and staff, featuring light gray seating, minimalist artwork, and greenery for balance and warmth.

Details

Color Palette

The palette is centered on white, gray, and ATIA blue, symbolizing clarity, trust, and professionalism. These are complemented by subtle wood and charcoal accents that add contrast and depth, projecting both modernity and stability.

Materials and Textures

Smooth ceramic flooring and matte finishes create a contemporary base, while the wood-slatted wall details and soft upholstery add texture and comfort. The combination enhances visual continuity between functional and social areas.

Furniture

The furniture selection balances efficiency and style—lightweight modular tables, ergonomic chairs, and statement lounge pieces were chosen for flexibility and comfort. Every element serves a purpose, aligning with ATIA’s collaborative culture.

Lighting

Lighting plays a defining role in the redesign. Recessed LEDs and ring-shaped ceiling fixtures add depth and character, while the blue ceiling amplifies light reflection for a dynamic yet soothing ambiance. Together, they create an environment that feels both professional and inspiring.
