Payments & Fees

Final payment is due upon project completion or as per the agreed payment schedule.
Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, and creative works by the company remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may use design deliverables for personal or business use but may not resell or distribute them without permission.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on project agreements

Deposits may be non-refundable if work has already commenced.
Refunds are provided at company’s discretion based on project progress.

Liability & Warranty

BuiltFix Group strives for excellence but does not guarantee specific project outcomes.
We are not responsible for defects in materials, furnishings, or third-party workmanship.
Clients are responsible for verifying the safety and suitability of all installed materials and finishes prior to use.

BuiltFix Group may recommend trusted third-party suppliers or contractors but is not liable for their pricing, performance, or delivery timelines.
Any agreements with external vendors are made directly between the client and the third party.
